Why join our program ?
Our MissionWe provide vocational and life skills learning opportunities to neurodiverse individuals, so they can obtain integrated employment and live more full lives.

Our VisionOne day, all adults with unique intellectual and developmental challenges will partner and work shoulder to shoulder with all of society by contributing their strengths and talents rather than resting on society’s shoulders waiting for help.

Awareness, Acceptance, Support, Inclusion, Vocation
Our PhilosophyThrough Awareness, Acceptance, Support, Inclusion, Vocation and our cooperation with organizations, businesses, and local citizens our Participants are afforded invaluable hands-on learning opportunities. Teamwork, hard-work, and giving back are fundamental experiences that are otherwise difficult for our Participants to experience. These are key success factors in our program which help prepare them to compete and earn their place in society. Our goal is for each Participant to reach his or her greatest potential and become a contributing member of the community.

Participant Success
Our model emphasizes choice: an individual's right to make decisions based on his or her hopes and dreams.
• We believe individuals learn best through experience: the opportunity to see, taste, touch, hear, feel, or try something firsthand.
• We believe in giving back: It is through giving of oneself to the aid of another that true purpose is found. Finding purpose outside ourselves opens the floodgates of opportunity and blessings.
• Our services require accountability: the right to have ownership of one's ideas, actions, and choices and receive the benefits from following through on one’s action plan.
• Most importantly, our work is grounded in relationships: family and personal resources are essential to initiate and sustain the change needed to live a more full life.
