Expanding Vocational Opportunities by Leveraging Valuable Experiences:
The EVOLVE Program is a vocational training and employment assistance program open to neurodiverse individuals including intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders. The program is designed to help participants develop the skills and confidence they need to find and maintain employment.
Through our cooperation with organizations, businesses, and local citizens throughout San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties we help guide neurodiverse individuals and their family support network to realize a greater purpose of a more full life through integrated employment and higher levels of independence.
The program offers a variety of services, including:
At the end of the program, participants will have the skills and confidence they need to find and maintain employment. They will also have a network of support to help them succeed.

The program offers a variety of services, including:
- Art Therapy: This type of therapy uses art, music, dance, drama, and other creative activities to help participants express themselves, communicate better, develop social skills, improve fine motor skills, and improve self-esteem.
- Life skills training: This training helps participants develop the skills they need to live independently, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
- Job coaching: This one-on-one support helps participants find and apply for jobs and provides them with training and support on the job.
- Employment assistance: This includes help with resume writing, interviewing skills, and wage negotiation.
- Community service opportunities: These opportunities help participants gain experience and build their employable skills.
- Be at least 19 years old
- Have a neurodiverse condition that affects their ability to find and maintain employment
- Be able to follow instructions and work independently
- Be motivated to find and keep a job
At the end of the program, participants will have the skills and confidence they need to find and maintain employment. They will also have a network of support to help them succeed.

- The program is funded by a variety of sources, including government grants and private donations, Regional Center Funding, and the Self-Determination Program.
- The program has a high success rate, with over 80% of participants finding employment after completing the program.
